My partner and I had posted in the fourms asking about a cafe and what it would be considered. Well, we got an email address that was said to help and give us some answers about the process. We had started emailing. At first the emailing had gone great. But up to about three and a half weeks ago, contact had stopped. We are starting to get very concerned. Never being in a situation like this, our question is this: What should we do? -and- Is everything alright?

I'm guessing you were talking to the cosplay manager right? Try sending an e-mail to programming@con-nichiwa.com about it. All that sort of stuff is run by him now I believe.
