Address for the convention

Where is the convention going to take place? The only address I was able to find was for a hotel. Is that where its going to take place?

This is where the convention is going to be, and I think Con-Nichiwa is always gonna be there, and it's right near the Tanque Verde Swap Meet and a Chopstix Restaurant (if my memory serves me well)
