My team and I wish to do a butler cafe, but because we want to charge admission we do not what it would be submissioned under, such as vendor, panel, or event. Could someone please clarify?

Panels are free, so I doubt this could count as a panel.. you might need some stuff to fill out esp if you're charging..

Well I'm not a part of the convention. I was just throwing in my two cents so to speak. I know in cons past where they had such events it was free... but it was like the masquerade in a sense that one had to sign up or not get in. Might have to fill out an artist alley app...

The cafes are a completely different part of the convention. What you'll want to do is email your group information and your plans for the cafe to the cosplay manager cosplay@con-nichiwa.com

I'm not sure if there are any cafe spots open still, but she would be the one to contact.
